催泪蛋白(Lacritin)与干眼的关系

摘要: 干眼已经成为眼科最常见的眼表疾病,其致病因素多样化,近年来临床和基础研究证实,泪液成份的改变在干眼发病和临床症状中起到至关重要的作用,其中之一为催泪蛋白(Lacritin),在干眼患者泪液中其含量的减低与干眼的发病和临床表现密切相关。(国际眼科纵览,   2013,37:  397-399)

Abstract: Dry eye has become the most common ocular surface diseases,which etiological factors and pathogenesis are still unclear. The current clinical and animal experiments show that tear component changes play an important role in dry eye. The decreased content of Lacritin protein is consistent with its pathogenesis and clinical manifestation in the tear of dry eye patients. Lacritin protein changes may provide a new idea for dry eye.  (Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2013, 37: 397-399)
