摘要:
飞秒激光辅助白内障摘出术与超声乳化白内障摘出术相比,准确性、可预测性和安全性大大提高,最大限度减少眼内操作时间和对眼内组织的损伤。随着对这项技术的熟练掌握,飞秒激光辅助白内障摘出术逐步应用在复杂的白内障患者,如外伤性前囊膜裂伤、晶状体半脱位、小瞳孔、硬核等,并取得了很好的临床效果。(国际眼科纵览, 2018, 42: 88-92)
Abstract:
Femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery (FLACS) is a new technology that has the potential to improve cataract surgery. Studies have shown that compared with phacoemulsification cataract extraction (PCS), FLACS greatly improves overall accuracy, predictability, and safety, minimizing intraocular manipulation time and damage to intraocular tissues. With the mastery of this technology, FLACS is gradually used in complex cataract patients such as: traumatic anterior capsular laceration, lens subluxation, small pupil, hard nucleus, etc., and has achieved very good clinical results and has received increasing attention.
