正常眼压性青光眼(normal tension glaucoma, NTG)是青光眼中的特殊类型,发病隐匿,机制未明,可能与视神经乳头血流灌注异常有关,如系统性低血压、全身或局部血管狭窄、眼部血流量下降、视神经乳头血流调控异常等,并最终导致视乳头和巩膜筛板血流灌注降低,发生NTG。(国际眼科纵览,2019, 43: 411-415)

Abstract:

Normal tension glaucoma (NTG) is a special subtype of glaucoma, of which the pathogenesis is still not clear and the clinical course is asymptomatic and insidious. NTG is potentially blinding and responds insufficiently to current intraocular pressure (IOP) lowering therapies. NTG may be closely related to systemic hypotension, narrow systemic or local blood vessels, abnormal blood flow of the eye, decreased optic nerve head blood perfusion, and abnormal vascular regulation. We postulate that the pathogenesis of NTG is highly related to decreased blood perfusion to the optic nerve head and lamina cribrosa, which may result in compromised resistance of lamina cribrosa to normal IOP.(Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2019, 43: 411-415)
