摘要: 微小RNA(microRNA)在角膜损伤修复过程中具有重要调控作用,角膜伤口愈合涉及复杂的级联反应,伴随着细胞死亡、增生、迁移、分化以及细胞外基质的重塑。分布在角膜不同层次的microRNA异常表达调节细胞/生长因子及下游通路,多种microRNA同时调控多条信号通路形成复杂而精确的微调基因调控网络参与角膜损伤愈合的各个级联过程,同时,因为其表达的改变导致细胞外基质的沉积以及血管生成,也提示microRNA对角膜病理性修复的重要作用。(国际眼科纵览,2021, 45: 246-250)

Abstract: MicroRNA has a critical role in corneal wound healing. A complex and regulated sequence of cellular reactions involve cell death, migration, proliferation, differentiation, and extracellular matrix remodeling. Distributed in different levels of cornea, microRNA is a key regulator in growth factors, cytokines and signaling pathways downstream. Variety of microRNAs simultaneously modulates multiple signaling pathways and represents a complex and precise regulatory network to participate in the cascade reaction of corneal wound healing. Meanwhile, the deposition of extracellular matrix and the angiogenesis caused by the altered microRNA expression indicates the importance of microRNA in corneal pathological repair.(Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2021, 45: 246-250)
