摘要: 黄斑水肿常发生于糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜静脉阻塞、葡萄膜炎患者,对视功能造成严重影响。微视野检查技术能精确、高效地评估视网膜特定区域的光敏感度,可协助客观地分析黄斑水肿的微结构改变和视功能下降的对应关系。作为视力检查的补充,微视野检查可检测黄斑水肿患者新的治疗手段带来的视功能变化。(国际眼科纵览,2021, 45: 216-220)

Abstract: Macular edema secondary to diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion, and uveitis can severely affect visual function. Microperimetry that allows precise and efficient assessment of regional retinal sensitivity can assist in objective analysis of the correspondence between microstructural changes of macular edema and the functional decline. As a complement to visual acuity, microperimetry can detect  changes in visual function brought about by new therapies.(Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2021, 45: 216-220)
