摘要: 血管生成素和相应的酪氨酸激酶受体构成了Ang-Tie信号通路,对于眼部脉管系统的生理性发育以及病理条件下的相关眼部疾病均发挥重要作用。在眼球发育期,Ang-Tie信号通路参与视网膜血管发育、原始玻璃体血管消退以及房角房水引流通道发育等。在成熟个体中,Ang-Tie信号通路在维持血管稳定方面发挥重要作用,其失衡可破坏内皮细胞屏障功能,从而导致血管渗漏等病理改变,广泛参与视网膜、脉络膜以及角膜等部位的血管性疾病。此外,目前已有多种针对眼部疾病的Ang-Tie通路相关药物正在研发中。(国际眼科纵览,2021, 45: 335-340)

Abstract: Angiopoietin and corresponding Tie tyrosine kinase receptors constitute the Ang-Tie signaling pathway, which plays an important role in the development of ocular and the pathological process of ischemic and neovascular diseases. During the development of the eyeball, the Ang-Tie signaling pathway is involved in the development of retinal blood vessels, the regression of primitive vitreous blood vessels, and the development of the drainage channels of aqueous humor in the corners. In mature individuals, the Ang-Tie signaling pathway plays an important role in maintaining blood vessel stability. Its imbalance can destroy the barrier function of endothelial cells, leading to pathological changes such as vascular leakage, and is widely involved in vascular diseases in the retina, choroid, and cornea. In addition, there are currently a variety of Ang-Tie pathway-related drugs for eye diseases and are under development. (Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2021, 45: 335-340)
