急性高眼压视网膜损伤的研究进展

摘要: 急性高眼压是青光眼急性发作时导致视网膜损伤、视力下降甚至失明的重要原因。短时间内迅速升高的眼压主要通过缺血再灌注损伤机制诱导视网膜神经节细胞凋亡以及视网膜各层组织损伤(视网膜变薄、各层细胞减少、血流灌注变化),视功能(视力、视野、电生理检查等)也随之发生相应改变。(国际眼科纵览,2022, 46:80-84)

Abstract: Acute ocular hypertension is a leading cause of retinal damage, vision impairment and even blindness during the acute attack of glaucoma. The rapid elevation of IOP in a short period of time can induce retinal ganglion cell apoptosis and tissue damage in all retinal layers (retinal thinning, reduction of retinal cells, changes of blood perfusion) through the mechanism of ischemia reperfusion injury, and the visual function (visual acuity, visual field, electrophysiological examination ) will change as well.
