Abstract:

The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University became a standardized training base for ophthalmologists in 2014. Under the impetus of policy support, scientific management, financial support, and the effective mobilization of students and teachers' enthusiasm, the standardized training system of resident physicians will cultivate more excellent ophthalmologists for Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture.
