摘要:

糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy, DR)是致盲的重要原因,炎症反应在其发病过程中发挥着重要作用。过氧化物酶体增生物激活受体-γ(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ,PPAR-γ)不仅具有增加胰岛素敏感性的作用,还可以抑制炎症和细胞增殖等,因而激活PPAR-γ可能对DR发挥一定的治疗作用。本文就PPAR-γ的生物学功能、PPAR-γ在DR中的作用机制及对DR的可能治疗作用做一综述。(国际眼科纵览, 2016,  40:  391-394)

Abstract:

Diabetic retinopathy is an important cause of blindness. Inflammatory processes have an important role in the diabetic retinopathy. Peroxisome
proliferator-activated receptor-γ (PPAR-γ) not only increases insulin sensitivity, but also inhibits inflammatory processes and cell proliferation. Therefore,
activation of PPAR-γ may be effective for treating diabetic retinopathy. Those functions of PPAR-γ and ideas for medicine therapeutic to diabetic retinopathy are
