摘要:

糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)发病机制多样,目前尚未完全阐明。自噬可能通过改变细胞内环境、氧化应激、内质网应激、细胞凋亡以及过度
自噬等途径对DR的发生发展产生影响。此外,对于DR的治疗,适当提高自噬作用或抑制过度自噬可能具有重要的潜在价值。(国际眼科纵览, 2016,  40:  395-399)

Abstract:

Diabetic retinopathy(DR) is the most common retinal vascular disease. Although a variety of pathogenesis for DR was detected, it has not yet been fully clarified. Recent studies have found autophagy may play an important role in the pathogenesis of DR by changing intracellular homeostasis, oxidative stress, endoplasmic reticulum stress, cell apoptosis and excessive autophagy. And improving autophagy or inhibiting excessive autophagy may have a potential value in the treatment of DR.(Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2016, 40: 395-399)
