组织工程骨在眼眶骨缺损修复中的应用进展

摘要:

眼眶解剖结构不规则,功能不可替代,临床修复难度大。在修复眼眶骨缺损方面,组织工程眼眶骨再生修复是一个重要研究方向。通过筛选和修饰种子细胞、改进支架材料以及结合和缓释生长因子等方法显著促进眼眶自体骨再生。本文主要从种子细胞的选择、支架材料的制备、生长因子的应用三方面分别进行阐述。(国际眼科纵览, 2017,  41:   214-后插III)

Abstract:

Considering the complex and fragile anatomical structure and significant function, clinical repair of orbit bone defect is an arduous task. As tissue engineer technology develops, reconstruction of orbit combined with tissue engineering has become a research hotspot. Through selecting and modifying seed cells, ameliorating scaffold material, combining and controlled-releasing growth factors, autogenous orbital bone regeneration is promoted remarkably. This review elaborates the progress of seed cells, scaffold material, and growth factors on tissue engineering separately. (Int Rev Ophthalmol,  2017,  41:    214-post-insert III)
