黄斑区微观结构对特发性黄斑前膜术后视力的预测价值

摘要:

特发性黄斑前膜(idiopathic epiretinal membrane,IERM)是较常见的年龄相关性疾病,玻璃体切除联合黄斑前膜剥除手术是目前最有效的治疗方法。相干光断层扫描(optical coherence tomgraphy, OCT)是监测IERM术后恢复状况的有力工具。利用OCT研究黄斑区微观结构可对IERM术后最佳视力进行预测,其中主要评估指标是平均黄斑中心凹厚度、内层视网膜厚度、光感受器细胞内节/外节、光感受器外节末端以及光感受器外节长度等。(国际眼科纵览, 2017,  41:   376-380)

Abstract:

Idiopathic epiretinal membrane (IERM) is a common age-related disease. Vitrectomy combined with epiretinal membrane peeling is the most effective surgical method for treatment of IERM. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a powerful tool widely used to monitor the recovery of IERM after operation. At present, many clinical studies use OCT to investigate the predictive value of macular microstructure. The results showed that the central foveal thickness (CFT), inner retinal thickness, inner segment / outer segment junction (IS / OS), cone outer segment tips(COST) and the length of the photoreceptor outer segments(PROS) could predict visual acuity after idiopathic epiretinal membrane surgery.
