摘要:

单核细胞趋化蛋白(monocyte-chemoattractant protein-1, MCP-1,也称CCL2)是在机体免疫应答、炎性反应等生理病理过程中起重要作用的一种促炎趋化因子,主要介导单核细胞和巨噬细胞迁移浸润到炎症部位。MCP-1过度分泌与多种系统性单核细胞浸润性疾病的发生发展密切相关。眼科多种疾病如眼表疾病、囊袋收缩综合征、青光眼、葡萄膜炎、视网膜疾病等,单核巨噬细胞浸润也是其发生发展过程中的重要环节。MCP-1同样参与这些眼部单核细胞浸润性疾病的发生、发展和转归过程,抑制MCP-1活性可能成为眼科新型药物的治疗靶点。(国际眼科纵览, 2018,  42:   307-311)

Abstract:

Monocyte chemoattrantact protein-1(MCP-1/CCL2) is an important proinflammatory chemokine in the many pathological and physiological processes, such as immune response, inflammatory reaction, which mediates monocytes and macrophages migrating and infiltrating in inflammatory tissues. Excessive secretion would lead to many systemic monocyte infiltrating diseases. Recent studies find that in many eye diseases, including ocular surface diseases, pouch contraction syndrome, glaucoma, uveitis,  retinal disease and so on, monocytes infiltrating is also a pivotal event. And there are some researches show that MCP-1 also participates in the occurrence, development and outcome of many monocytes infiltrating oculopathy,and inhibition of MCP-1 activity may be a new therapeutic target in relevant ophthalmology.(Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2018, 42:  307-311)
