摘要: 角膜接触镜(contact lenses, CL)是矫正屈光不正的常用方法,其不仅可以矫正视力还被广泛用于多个领域,如生物传感和药物释放等。CL作为生物传感器可用于持续监测眼压、监测血糖、诊断疾病等;作为药物载体可以延长药物释放持续时间。但其创新性应用仍存在一些问题亟待解决,如验证结果的准确性和设备的美观性等。(国际眼科纵览,2019, 43:157-161)

Abstract: Contact lens(CL)is a common method for refraction correction, which not only can correct vision but also being used in a wide range of areas, such as biosensing and drug release. As a biosensor, contact lens can be used to continuously monitor intraocular pressure, monitor glucose in tear film and diagnose diseases. As a drug carrier, CL can extend the duration of drug release. Howere, there are still some problems to be solved in the innovative application of contact lenses, such as results validation and the aesthetics tissue. (Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2019, 43: 157-161)
