玻璃体与视网膜氧含量的体内检测方法研究现状

Detection methods of oxygen tension in vitreous body and retina in vivo

摘要: 本文综述了近年来国内外体内检测玻璃体与视网膜氧含量的方法及对眼科研究的意义,简要介绍了电化学传感器检测法、光化学氧传感器检测法、高光谱液晶可调谐滤波器眼底成像法、荧光寿命频域成像法四种检测方法的原理、研究结果及应用前景,并讨论了光化学氧传感器在玻璃体视网膜氧分压检测的应用和临床意义。

Abstract: This article reviews the recent advance of detection methods about oxygen tension in vitreous body and retina in vivo, which include electrochemical sensor, optical chemical oxygen sensor, fundus camera and liquid crystal wavelength tunable filter and frequencydomain lifetime imaging of oxygen tension, etc. The principle, current research situation and achievements of these methods were briefly introduced. The clinical application and signification of optical chemical oxygen sensor in the measurement of intraocular oxygen tension were also discussed in detail.
