视觉诱发电位检查在多发性硬化诊治中的价值

摘要: 多发性硬化(MS)是自身免疫性中枢神经系统疾病。在视觉系统,病变可累及视网膜、视神经、视交叉、视丘、视放射等全部视觉通路。目前研究显示,视觉诱发电位(VEP)检查能早于临床症状对MS进行诊断,在反映MS的视觉传导通路病变上优于磁共振成像(MRI)。VEP、视网膜电图(ERG)结合相干光断层扫描(OCT)、扫描激光偏振仪(SLP)等技术可以对MS患者视网膜的病变进行评价和诊断。对VEP检查技术的改进能够为MS的诊治提供更多资料。(国际眼科纵览, 2012, 36: 138-142)

Abstract: Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an autoimmune disease of the central nervous system.  The vision pathway,  including the retina, optic nerve, optic chiasm, optic thalamus and optic radiation can be involved. The present study showed that visual evoked potentials (VEP) could diagnose earlier than the clinical symptoms of MS and was superior to the MRI for the fundation of  the lesions of visual pathway in MS. Pathological changes of the retina in MS patients could be diagnosed and evaluated combining with optical coherence tomography (OCT) and scanning laser polarization instrument (SLP). The improvement of VEP techniques will be helpful to the diagnosis and treatment of MS.  (Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2012, 36: 138-142)
