摘要: 【摘要】相干光断层扫描(OCT)技术已经发展到第四代机型频域OCT(SDOCT),与传统的时域OCT(TDOCT)相比,其在检测青光眼视网膜神经纤维层可重复性方面有明显提高。在青光眼诊断方面,其定量检测盘周视网膜神经纤维层缺损与GDx、HRT相比更具优势,且与视野指标密切相关。在青光眼的随诊方面有着广泛的应用前景。本文就SDOCT对比第三代TDOCT及其他青光眼诊断设备,对视网膜神经纤维层的定量测量及其可重复性、人群正常值及其对青光眼早期诊断的价值作一综述。(国际眼科纵览, 2012, 36: 307313)

Abstract: 【Abstract】Optical coherence tomography (OCT) techniques have developed to a new generation, spectral domain (SD) OCT. Compared to the conventional time domain (TD) OCT, SDOCT offers improved performance in terms of reproducibility. SDOCT has a high level of discriminating capability  between healthy and perimetric glaucoma eyes. In the diagnosis of glaucoma, SDOCT has advantages in qualitative measurement of retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL)over  GDx and HRT, and closely related to the parameters of visual field. In the future, it has a broad prospect for the glaucoma follow up. This article reviews the application of SDOCT on the quantitative measurement of RNFL thickness and its reproducibility, normal parameter in population, and value in the early diagnosis of glaucoma compared to the previous generations of OCT and other equipments.
