摘要: 【摘要】 飞秒激光是一种脉冲持续时间仅为1015秒的近红外激光,具有切割准确、安全性高、对邻近组织损伤小等特点。飞秒激光的临床应用广泛,最早被用于在准分子激光角膜磨镶术(LASIK)中制作角膜瓣,近年来进一步发展为全飞秒激光角膜屈光手术;在角膜移植手术中,可制作多种个性化的角膜切口;在白内障术中,可辅助晶状体前囊膜切开及核裂解;在青光眼手术的动物实验中可辅助行巩膜造瘘、虹膜切开等,显示了良好的临床应用前景。(国际眼科纵览, 2012, 36: 318322)

Abstract: 【Abstract】The femtosecond laser employs nearinfrared pulses with a pulse duration of 1015 second to cut tissue with great accuracy, safety and minimal collateral damage. It is first used in the cutting of laser in situ keratomileusis flaps, and further developed into allinone femtosecond refractive surgery in recent years. It has also been used to create various patterns of incisions in keratoplasty and to perform the capsulotomy and lens fragmentation in cataract surgery. Though still in laboratory study, femtosecondassisted glaucoma surgery such as sclerostomy and iridotomy is another potential application with a promising future.
