摘要:

代谢组学是检测病理刺激或基因修饰后所有细胞过程代谢产物的一门新兴学科。本文回顾了近年来代谢组学技术在青光眼领域的临床诊断、预后分析以及病理机制研究中的应用。通过比较不同代谢组学检测技术以及不同组织及体液的结果,总结了青光眼疾病引起的代谢物改变的共性和差异,从而有助于青光眼临床诊断与病情进展监测,以期寻找早期诊断与判断预后的生物学指标。青光眼代谢组学的共性特征为谷氨酸、鞘氨醇、磷酸胆碱、磷脂酰胆碱、短链脂肪酸升高,而长链脂肪酸、精胺降低。(国际眼科纵览,2019, 43:294-299

Abstract:

Metabolomics is an emerging discipline for detecting the metabolites of all cellular processes after pathological stimulation or genetic modification. In this paper, we systematically review the application of metabolomics in the diagnosis and pathological mechanism of glaucoma patients in recent years. We summarized the similarities and differences of metabolitic changes in glaucoma diseases by various metabolomics techniques in different tissues.The result presented may enhance our understanding in the diagnosis and progression of glaucoma as well as in finding the biological indicators for early diagnosis and prognosis. The general feature of metabolites changes in glaucoma are increased expression of glutamate, sphingosine, phosphocholine, phosphatidylcholine, short\|chain unsaturated fatty acids and decreased expression of long\|chain unsaturated fatty acids and spermine etc.(Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2019, 43:   294-299)
