摘要:

视网膜成像技术的进步是一个将3D视网膜结构转变成2D平面图像的光学过程。由于视网膜成像快速、便捷,在眼科领域广泛被应用,尤其在眼底病的筛查、诊断、治疗评价方面发挥着重要作用。近几年,随着共聚焦激光扫描检眼镜技术的应用,出现了非散瞳的视网膜成像方法,其图像清晰且可分层显示视网膜和脉络膜结构,有助于进一步提高对眼底疾病的诊断水平。

Abstract:

Fundus imaging is a process where 3D structure of retina is projected onto the 2D plane. With the characteristics of quick and convenient,  fundus imaging was widely used in ophthalmological fields,  especially in the screening,  diagnosis and therapeutic assessment of ocular fundus diseases. Recent years,  the development of confocal scanning laser ophthalmoscope (cSLO) technology have enable non-mydriatic fundus imaging with high resolution and can show layers in retina and chorioid separately,  which can help us understand fundus diseases more deeply.
