先天性白内障形觉剥夺性弱视眼视网膜神经纤维层厚度的研究

摘要: 近年来采用OCT对先天性白内障形觉剥夺性弱视眼的视网膜神经纤维层厚度(retinal nerve fiber layer thickness, RNFLT)进行研究,对不同种族、不同年龄、白内障术后不同时间的RNFLT进行测量分析,发现白内障术后短期内RNFLT变薄,术后长期RNFLT较对照组更厚,因此认为先天性白内障形觉剥夺性弱视眼的RNFLT可能存在异常增厚。(国际眼科纵览,2019, 43:199-203)

Abstract: In recent years, optical coherence tomography(OCT) has been used to study retinal nerve fiber layer thickness(RNFLT) in patients with congenital cataract deprivation amblyopia. The studies showed that RNFLT became thinner in the short term after cataract surgery. However, in the long-term, the RNFLT was thicker than the control group. Therefore, it is believed that the RNFLT in eyes with congenital cataract deprivation amblyopia may be abnormally thick.(Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2019, 43: 199-203)
