Progress on opacification of intraocular lens

摘要:

白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术是眼科领域最常见的手术。人工晶状体混浊作为术后发病率较低的并发症,若病情严重常需进行人工晶状体置换。目前人工晶状体混浊病因尚无统一定论,可能与人工晶状体本身,如材料、制造、包装等因素有关,也可能与手术因素,如手术操作或术中使用的黏弹剂,以及患者自身因素,如系统性疾病或特殊的代谢状态等有关。(国际眼科纵览,2019, 43:323-327)

Abstract:

Phacoemulsification with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation for cataract is the most common surgery of the ophthalmology. As a lower incidence postoperative complication,the IOL may need to be replaced if the IOL opacification is serious. There has been no certain conclusion for the causes of IOL opacification yet. The opacification of IOL may be related to itself, such as materials,manufacture and packaging. Surgical operation or intraoperative use of viscoelastic, and patient’s own factors such as systemic disease or special metabolic state maybe the causes of IOL apacification.(Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2019, 43:  323-327)
