摘要: 经上皮准分子激光角膜切削术(transepithelial photorefractive keratectomy,Trans-PRK)作为一种新型的角膜表层手术,具有切削更加准确、无负压吸引、无切口等特点,其切削模式的改变一定程度减轻了以往表层手术术后疼痛,改善了上皮愈合延迟等问题。目前其安全性和有效性已得到验证,但术后角膜神经纤维的恢复、角膜生物力学的改变及术后相关并发症仍需继续研究并完善。(国际眼科纵览,2020, 44:112-116)

Abstract: Transepithelial photorefractive keratectomy (Trans-PRK) is a new type of corneal surface surgery. It has the characteristics of more accurate cutting, no negative pressure suction and no incision. The change of the cutting mode reduces the previous surface surgery Postoperative pain, improves epithelial healing delays and other issues. At present, its safety and efficacy have been verified, but the recovery of corneal nerve fibers, corneal biomechanical changes and postoperative related complications still need to be further studied and improved.
