摘要:

脑卒中是严重损害健康的常见疾病,早期预防具有重要意义。由于高血压性视网膜病变(hypertensive retinopathy,HRP)与高血压引起的其他靶器官损害程度呈平行关系,高血压性视网膜病变一定程度上可评估脑卒中发生风险(OR值1.02~2.37)。利用高血压性视网膜病变评估脑卒中风险的解剖生理学依据包括脑微动脉与视网膜动脉直径相似、内层视网膜和脑微循环具有类似的屏障功能、脑和视网膜毛细血管的内皮细胞结构相似等。利用高血压性视网膜病变评估脑卒中风险的方法包括利用软件进行眼底照相视网膜血管直径测量及视网膜血管分叉角测量。(国际眼科纵览, 2018,  42:   312-317)

Abstract:

Stroke is a common disease that cause of serious health damage. Early prevention is of great significance. Hypertensive retinopathy (HRP) can assess the risk of stroke to some extent (OR value 1.02~2.37) because it is parallel with other target organ damage caused by hypertension. The anatomical and physiological basis for assessing the risk of stroke using hypertensive retinopathy includes: the cerebral arterioles are similar in diameter to the retinal arteries, the inner retina and brain microcirculation have similar barrier functions, and the endothelial cell structures of the brain and retinal capillaries are similar. Methods for assessing stroke risk using hypertensive retinopathy include the use of software for retinal vessel diameter measurements and retinal vessel bifurcation angle measurements on the fundus photographs.
