摘要:

飞秒激光小切口透镜取出术对角膜形态的改变与其他术式有所不同,术后角膜上皮基底膜下神经纤维、角膜知觉、角膜手术界面、角膜上皮栓、角膜生物力学以及角膜后表面高度均会发生改变,采用共聚焦显微镜、眼反应分析仪、可视化角膜生物力学分析仪及Pentacam眼前节分析系统可检测到这些变化,并为临床研究提供理论依据。(国际眼科纵览, 2016,  40:  328-334)

Abstract:

Femtosecond  laser small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE)  is different from other corneal refractive surgery in corneal morphology changes,  such
as  change of corneal nerve fiber, sensitivity, the operative interface, epithelial plugs, corneal biomechanical and posterior cornea surface.  These changes could be detected with confocal microscope, ocular response analyzer (ORA), corneal visualization scheimpflug technology (Corivis ST) and Pentacam.
