摘要:

角膜缘干细胞体外扩增后用于组织工程角膜移植,可成功治疗多种原因引起的角膜缘干细胞缺乏症,由于角膜缘干细胞在体外培养过程中数量少且容易分化,寻找一种理想的饲养层与其共培养以达到扩增角膜缘干细胞的目的成为目前的研究热点。本文将就目前各饲养层的制备、机制等方面的研究进展做一综述。(国际眼科纵览, 2016,  40:  348-352)

Abstract:

Recent years, ex vivo cultured limbal stem cells for transplantation in the treatment of limbal stem cell deficiency (LSCD) in clinical applications has achieved good therapeutic effect. In order to obtain stem cells of limbus of cornea to more people from the carrier of stem cell cultivation system experts has done a lot of explorations. It has been found that ex vivo cultured the stem cells is very easy to differentiate and the limited number of stem cells has made the research on the preparation and mechanism of the feeder layer become a hotspot at domestic and international, this article will discuss the feeder layers of the preparation, mechanism and the latest research progresses.
