玻璃体替代物生物材料的现状及研究进展

摘要:

近年来玻璃体视网膜手术迅速发展,选择合适的玻璃体填充材料是手术成功的关键因素之一。理想的玻璃体替代物应具备与玻璃体相似的物理特点和生物学特征,保证眼内结构完整性和功能稳定性。本文综述目前常用玻璃体替代物的性质和功能,以及目前仍处于实验阶段的玻璃体替代物的研究进展,特别介绍了智能水凝胶作为玻璃体替代物的进展,其有可能成为较理想的玻璃体替代物。(国际眼科纵览, 2016,  40:  316-320)

Abstract:

In recent years, with the rapid development of vitreo-retinal surgery for retinal diseases, vitreous substitutes are crucial adjuncts. To help maintain the
intactness of the intraocular structure, stable functionality, and proper intraocular pressure, an ideal vitreous substitute should possess physical and biological properties similar to those of natrual vitreous. This review discussed clinical application, advantages and shortcomings of the commonly used vitreous substitutes, and summarized the recent research progress of vitreous substitutes in the experimental stage. In particular, intelligent hydrogels maybe become the better vitreous substitute. (Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2016, 40: 316-320)
