摘要:
随着电子及通讯技术的迅猛发展,人类与微波的接触愈来愈密切,微波辐射的安全性问题日益受到关注。眼是人体吸收微波能量的两个“热点”之一,而晶状体又因其含水量高、无血管的特性成为研究的焦点。大剂量微波辐射主要通过热效应导致白内障形成,而低剂量微波辐射则可能通过细胞分子水平的非热效应对晶状体上皮细胞的形态、间隙连接、增生周期、遗传稳定性等方面造成损伤,并引起细胞的应激反应。(国际眼科纵览, 2017, 41: 418-423)
Abstract:
With the rapid development of electronic and communication technologies, public concern about the possible health effects exposed to microwave radiation has arisen. The eye is one of the two ‘hot spots’ of absorbing microwave radiation. The lens becomes the central focus of the study since it is non-vascularized and contains a high percentage of water. It is well established that high-power microwave radiation can induce cataracts via its thermal effects. However, it remains unclear whether low-power microwave radiation damage to the cellular morphology, gap junctional intercellular communication, proliferation cycle and hereditary stability of the lens in the cellular and molecular level.(Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2017, 41: 418-423)
