结膜淋巴管的研究进展

摘要:

结膜淋巴管和结膜肿瘤、翼状胬肉等多种结膜相关疾病的发生发展密切相关;近年来的研究还发现,结膜淋巴管影响房水的引流,其在对青光眼的治疗,尤其是滤过手术对青光眼的治疗中扮演了重要的角色。5'-核苷酸酶-碱性磷酸酶染色可用于对结膜淋巴管及微血管的标记鉴别。研究表明,血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF)、前列腺素E2(prostaglandin E2,PGE2)等生长因子在结膜淋巴管形成中起到了重要的作用。结膜淋巴管与翼状胬肉、结膜松弛症、结膜肿瘤等眼表疾病的发生发展以及青光眼滤过手术后房水的重吸收有着密切的联系。因此,对结膜淋巴管的研究有助于进一步了解结膜相关疾病的发病机理、诊断与治疗。

Abstract:

The conjunctival lymphatic vessels play an important role in the pathogenesis and progress of conjunctiva-related disease such as conjunctiva tumor, pterygium, and in increasing aqueous humor flow after incisional surgeries for the glaucoma. The staining of 5'-nucleotidase-alkaline phosphatase can be used to identify conjuncitval lymphatic vessels from the capillary blood vessels. Several growth factors such as vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) have been confirmed to promote conjunctival lymphangiogenesis. This paper also shines a spotlight on the diseases associated with the conjunctival lymphatic vessels, such as pterygium, conjunctivochalasis, and conjunctival tumor, and on the effect of conjunctival lymphatic vessels on incisional surgeries for the treatment of glaucoma. A heightened appreciation of conjunctival lymphatic vessels is therefore helpful in understanding the conjunctiva-related diseases.
