摘要:

视网膜光凝术被认为是治疗眼底疾病的有效措施,但也容易引起邻近视网膜组织的损伤。Müller细胞在视网膜多种病理损伤后可以通过产生相关细胞因子(如中间丝蛋白、细胞周期蛋白、热休克蛋白和睫状神经营养因子等)发挥内源性保护效应,并参与光凝斑修复及视网膜瘢痕形成,与光凝术后的视野损失及视力保留密切相关。

Abstract:

Retinal photocoagulation is considered to be an effective measure for treating  fundus diseases,  but it also easy to cause the injury of adjacent retinal tissue. Müller cells  play the protective effect by producing related cytokines (such as intermediate filament protein, cyclin, heat shock protain, and ciliary neurotrophic factor) after retinal injury,  and participate in the repairment of retinal spots and scar formation. It’s also closely linked to the loss of visual field and visual retention after retinal photocoagulation.
