摘要:

角膜上皮重塑效应可能是影响角膜屈光手术后屈光状态精确性及稳定性重要因素,研究证实近视激光术后通常表现为角膜
上皮厚度增加。对角膜上皮厚度的精确测量,如通过超高频数字超声、活体共聚焦显微镜、眼前节相干光断层扫描等,有助于观察
上皮厚度分布特点及角膜屈光手术后角膜上皮厚度的变化,为术后角膜重塑以及屈光状态的精确性等方面的研究提供重要的信息。

Abstract:

Corneal epithelial remodeling after corneal refractive surgery has been proven as a significant factor in determining the outcomes of corneal refractive surgery.  The majority of studies have noted that increased epithelial thickness happened after myopic procedures. Accurate measurements of the epithelial thickness, such as by very high-frequency digital ultrasound, invivo confocal microscopy, anterior segment OCT,  can be helpful to observe the distribution of corneal epithelial thickness and its changes,   after keratorefractive surgery, and to   provide important information for  remodeling after corneal refractive surgery and  accuracy of refractive corneal.
