摘要:

脉络膜厚度的变化与某些眼部疾病有关,如中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变、病理性近视、年龄相关性黄斑变性、糖尿病视网膜病变等。增强深部成像相干光断层扫描可量化视网膜及脉络膜的厚度,为观察脉络膜提供继B超、吲哚青绿脉络膜血管造影之后分辨率更高、安全性更好的临床诊疗手段。本文将对脉络膜厚度与常见视网膜疾病诊断之间的关系进行综述。(国际眼科纵览, 2016,  40:  301-305)

Abstract:

More and more evidence suggests that changes in choroidal thickness may be associated with certain eye diseases, such as central serous retinopathy, pathological myopia, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic re-tinopathy. Enhanced depth imaging optical coherence tomography (EDI-OCT) can quantify the thickness of the retina and choroid, to provide higher resolution, better security about clinical treatment compared with B-mode ultrasonography, indocyanine green choroidal angiography in choroid observation. This paper will review the application of choroid thickness in diagnosis of retinal diseases. (Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2016, 40: 301-305)
