摘要:

要】婴幼儿眼底病早期难以被发现,容易造成误诊、漏诊,以致延误治疗,造成严重的视功能损害甚至失明。荧光素眼底血管造影术(fundus fluorescein angiography,FFA)可以为婴幼儿眼底检查提供更加丰富的诊断信息,但鉴于设备和技术的原因,应用较为局限。以第三代广角数码儿童视网膜成像系统(RetCam Ⅲ)为代表的设备发展,使婴幼儿FFA近年来有了长足发展,可记录荧光素在婴幼儿眼底血循环中的动态变化,观察各期眼底血管荧光素显影的情况,以了解眼底的微循环以及各种病理生理变化,为婴幼儿眼底疾病的诊治带来了极大方便。目前常用于早产儿视网膜病变、家族性渗出性玻璃体视网膜病变、永存性原始玻璃体增生症、Coats病、视网膜母细胞瘤等疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断。

Abstract:

Fundus diseases in infants were difficult to be found in clinic and easily to be misdiagnosed, missed diagnosis and failed to treatment timely, which caused serious damages of vision, even blindness. Fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) can provide richer diagnostic information for the infants, but in view of the reasons for the equipment and technology, the application was limited. Wide-field digital pediatric retinal imaging system (RetCam Ⅲ), as the representative of the development of the device, progressed in recent years, so that FFA was can be considered to be used in the infants and young children. FFA can record the dynamic state of fluorescein in the blood circulation of infants to observe the development of fundus fluorescein in each phase and to understand the retinal microcirculation or structure in various pathological and physiological changes of fundus. Which has brought great convenience in the diagnosis and treatment of fundus diseases in infants. At present, it is commonly used in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of retinopathy of prematurity, familial exudative vitreoretinopathy, persistent hyperplastic primary vitreous, Coats disease, retinoblastoma and other diseases.
