摘要:
细胞焦亡(pyroptosis)是特异性依赖于Caspase-1和/或Caspase-4/5/11活化的致炎性、程序性细胞死亡的一种方式,主要有经典炎性小体(inflammasome)途径和非经典炎性小体途径介导,常发生于感染性疾病、神经系统疾病和自身免疫性疾病。视网膜损伤病变中主要是经典炎性小体途径参与,而抑制炎性小体和下游分子能够减轻视网膜损伤,因此焦亡成为视网膜损伤相关疾病干预的潜在靶点。(国际眼科纵览, 2018, 42: 115-118)
Abstract:
Pyroptosis is a form of inflammatory programmed cell death that is specifically activated by Caspase -1 or Caspase-4/5/11. It is mediated by canonical inflammasome pathway and non-canonical inflammasome pathway.Pyroptosis involves in the pathogenesis of infectious diseases, nervous system diseases and autoimmune diseases. The canonical inflammasome pathway is activated in retinal lesions, and inhibition of inflammasome and downstream molecules may ameliorate retinal damage. Therefore, pyroptosis has become a potential therapeutic target for retinopathy. (Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2018, 42: 115-118)
