摘要:

局灶性脉络膜凹陷(focal choroidla excavation,FCE)是近几年随着相干光断层扫描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)技术广泛应用而被认识的一种脉络膜形态异常。眼底可表现为轻微脱色素或黄白色改变。眼底荧光素血管造影表现为正常或透见荧光。吲哚箐绿造影可见低荧光及脉络膜中、大血管。基于OCT检查,将FCE分为贴服型及非贴服型。FCE通常不伴随其他病变并且形态可长期不变,因而被认为是一种发育异常。有时会并发脉络膜新生血管形成及中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变。(国际眼科纵览,2019, 43:346-349)

Abstract:

Focal choroidal excavation (FCE) is a newly recognized entity in recent years benefited from the wide use of optical coherence tomography (OCT). On fundus examination, the appearance of FCE was quite different, from slight pigment irregularity to yellowish white plaque. FFA revealed normal or window defect at the site of or around the FCE lesions. ICGA images in the early phase showed hypofluorescence, and medium to large choroidal blood vessels were visible. According to OCT images, FCE was divided into confirming and non\|confirming type. FCE was regarded to be a congenital choroidal abnormality based on the observations that FCE usually present without any other concomitant pathology and show little change during the follow\|up. Occasionally, complications such as choroidal neovascularization and central serious chorioretinopathy can develop.(Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2019, 43:  346-349)
