摘要: 微小RNA-199a-3p(miR-199a-3p)是miRNA家族中的一员,作为基因表达调控因子在细胞生长、凋亡、侵袭、迁移和转移过程中发挥重要作用。MiR-199a-3p也存在于人体眼部组织中,如房水、玻璃体、结膜上皮细胞、角膜等,在视网膜病变发生发展中起重要的调控作用。MiR-199a-3p通过参与信号通路,作用于相关靶基因,使其在视网膜病变中表达上调或下调,从而在视网膜相关疾病(如糖尿病视网膜病变、年龄相关性黄斑变性、增生性玻璃体视网膜病变等)发生发展中扮演重要角色。

Abstract: MicroRNA-199a-3p (miR-199a-3p), a member of the miRNA family, serves as a critical regulator of gene expression and plays essential roles in cellular processes such as growth, apoptosis, invasion, migration, and metastasis. MiR-199a-3p is also present in human ocular tissues, including the aqueous humor, vitreous body, conjunctival epithelial cells, and cornea, where it exerts significant regulatory effects on the development and progression of retinal diseases. By modulating signaling pathways and interacting with specific target genes, miR-199a-3p induces upregulation or downregulation of their expression in retinal pathologies. This mechanism underscores its pivotal role in retinopathies such as diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, and proliferative vitreoretinopathy.
