摘要: 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(obstructive sleep apnea,OSA)是一种慢性睡眠相关呼吸障碍,可导致一系列局部和全身并发症。OSA对儿童眼底结构及视网膜微循环等产生的影响包括眼压升高、脉络膜厚度更薄、视网膜微血管密度减小等。腺扁桃体切除术后OSA患儿眼压较术前降低、视网膜神经纤维层厚度增加。

Abstract: Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a chronic sleep-related breathing disorder,which can lead to a series of local and systemic complications. The effects of OSA on fundus structure and retinal microcirculation in children include increased intraocular pressure, thinner choroidal thickness, and decreased retinal microvascular density.After adenotonsillectomy, the intraocular pressure of children with OSA decreased and the thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer increased compared with that before surgery.
