卵黄样黄斑营养不良的OCT表现

摘要: 卵黄样黄斑营养不良(Best病)作为常染色体显性遗传性黄斑疾病,其临床表现常分5期:0期:卵黄病变前期;I期:卵黄期;Ⅱ期:假性前房积脓期;III期:卵黄囊肿破裂期;IV期:萎缩期。相干光断层扫描(OCT)可快速获得较高分辨率眼底断层图像,为研究此病的病变特征、病情演变和分期提供了进一步的认识。本文主要综述了卵黄样黄斑营养不良不同阶段的OCT表现。

Abstract: Vitelliform macular dystrophy (BVMD, Best disease) as a kind of autosome dominant inheritance disease of the macula, can be divided into 5 stages: Stage 0: previtelliform; Stage I: vitelliform; Stage II: pseudohypopyon; Stage III: vitellruptive; Stage IV: atrophic. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) can quickly get retinal tomography images with high resolution, providing a better understanding of the characteristics and the progressions of the disease. This article reviews the OCT represents in different stages of Best's disease.
