摘要： 脉络膜新生血管形成（choroidal neovascularization, CNV）常造成严重视力损害，对其治疗方法的探索是相关医学工作者研究和关注的热点。研究发现干细胞参与CNV生成，为干细胞疗法治疗CNV带来契机。本文就干细胞疗法治疗CNV的原理、研究基础、治疗策略、初步探索、优势和前景等作一综述。
