摘要: 早期生长反应基因-1(Egr-1)为即刻早期反应基因家族中的一员,也是禽类ZENK(Zif268、Egr1、NGFIA、Krox24的首字母简写)的哺乳类同源。近年来,在有关近视动物模型的研究中发现Egr-1与抑制近视的发生发展有关,并已证实其可能作为信使分子参与视网膜调控机制。现对Egr-1在近视发生发展中可能的作用机制和研究进展予以综述。

Abstract: The early growth responsive gene-1 (Egr-1) is a member of the immediate early gene (IEG) family, and is the mammalian ortholog of avian ZENK (the acronym of “ Zif268, Egr-1, NGFI-A, Krox24”). In recent years, studies have found that Egr-1 was associated with inhibition of the development of myopia and confirmed as a messenger molecule involved in retinal mechanism in the animal model of myopia. This article reviews the possible mechanisms and research progress of Egr-1 in the development of myopia.
