氢气在眼科的应用研究现状

摘要: 氢气具有选择性抗氧化、抗凋亡、抗炎症、抗过敏等作用,其抗氧化作用主要通过选择性与羟自由基反应而发挥。氢气对大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注损伤模型具有视神经保护作用,对氧诱导视网膜病变﹑蓝光诱导视网膜损害和糖尿病视网膜病变具有一定保护作用。此外,氢气对大鼠碱烧伤诱导角膜新生血管模型具有抑制作用。(国际眼科纵览,   2013, 37:  424-428)

Abstract: Hydrogen has the properties of antioxidant, antiapoptotic, antiinflammatory, antiallergic. The antioxidant property of hydrogen is through selectively eliminating hydroxyl radicals. Animal experiment studies have confirmed that hydrogen has the neuroprotective effects on retinal ischemiareperfusion injury, and the protective effects of hydrogen on hyperoxiainduced retinopathy, blue lightinduced retinal damage and diabetic retinopathy. The inhibited effect on the corneal neovascularization  induced by alkaliburn  in rats has been also proven. (Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2013, 37: 424-428)
