摘要: 眼底自发荧光是一种可以反映脂褐质和黑色素在视网膜色素上皮细胞和脉络膜分布情况的无创成像技术。短波长自发荧光和近红外自发荧光成像方法在视网膜疾病诊断中被广泛应用,包括年龄相关性黄斑变性、脉络膜痣与脉络膜黑色素瘤、视网膜色素变性、氯喹视网膜病变、特发性脉络膜新生血管病变、中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变等。

Abstract: Fundus autofluorescence is a non-invasive imaging technology, which reflects the distribution of lipofuscin and melanin in the retinal pigment epithelium and choroid. This review focuses on the short wavelength autofluorescence and near-infrared autofluorescence imaging methods, and their applications in the retina diseases, including age-related macular degeneration, choroidal nevus and choroidal melanoma, retinitis pigmentosa, chloroquine retinopathy, congenital choroidal neovascularization, central serous chorioretinopathy.
