The incidence of angle closure in glaucoma of children under 18 years of age is usually very low. According to the classification system presented by the World Federation of Glaucoma Association, this article analysed types of children glaucoma that angle closure are possible to happen and introduced the mechanism, treatment, especially with common types such as primary congenital glaucoma, ectopic lentis, glaucoma after cataract surgery, glaucoma related with retinopathy of prematurity were discussed.
