周细胞在糖尿病视网膜病变发病机制中的作用

摘要:

糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病最严重的微血管病变之一,周细胞选择丧失是早期糖尿病视网膜病变重要特征之一。糖尿病视网膜病变是多因素病因的疾病,其确切的病因至今尚未阐明。随着对糖尿病视网膜病变研究的深入,许多研究结果揭示周细胞在糖尿病视网膜病变的发生发展中具有重要的作用。视网膜毛细血管周细胞数量的减少是糖尿病视网膜病变最早的形态学改变,随后微血管瘤数量增加、毛细血管闭塞及基底膜增厚,导致视网膜血管管腔狭窄、血流动力学改变,促进糖尿病视网膜病变进一步发展。对周细胞的研究,可为糖尿病视网膜病变的早期预防及治疗提供一条新思路。

Abstract:

Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is one of the most serious diabetic microvascular, and is one of the main factors of global blindness. Loss of pericytes in the retina has been long known as the earliest morphological indicator of DR. DR is a multiple factors cause disease. The cause of DR is unclear. With the in-depth study of DR, many studies reveal that the pericytes play an important role in the development of DR. The decrease of retinal capillary pericytes is the earliest morphological change of DR, followed by the increase of microangioma, capillary occlusion and thickening of basement membrane, leading to retinal vascular stenosis. Hemodynamic changes promote the further development of DR. The study of pericytes may provides a new way for the early prevention of DR and its treatment.
