摘要: 自噬是真核生物细胞中物质循环的一种高度保守的过程,对细胞的存活和维持起重要作用。自噬在圆锥角膜、干眼、单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎、Fuchs角膜内皮营养不良、2型颗粒状角膜营养不良等角膜疾病的发展中起重要作用;但在角膜新生血管和纤维化中的作用尚不明确。(国际眼科纵览,2021, 45: 240-245)

Abstract: Autophagy is a highly conservative process of material cycle in eukaryotic cells and plays an important role in the survival and maintenance of cells. Autophagy makes an important impact in the development of corneal diseases such as keratoconus, dry eye, herpes simplex keratitis, Fuchs corneal endothelial dystrophy, granular corneal dystrophy type 2, etc. However, its role in corneal neovascularization and fibrosis remains unclear.(Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2021, 45: 240-245)
