Abstract: To emphases and enhance medication adherence in patients with primary glaucoma can directly be related to the therapeutic effect and prognosis of glaucoma. In this paper, the understanding of necessity and significance to improve long-term treatment of glaucoma patients, selection of eye-drops with the less frequency, fully consideration of the side effects, costs, and supply convenience factors, emphasis on the communication between doctors and patients for improving patient’s satisfaction to the treatment were elaborated.
