Abstract: Excimer laser corneal refractive surgery has become the common procedure to correct refractive error. Although the modern corneal refractive surgery has achieved better unaided vision and good effect, but it is still needed to be improved and modified further. In this article, the unsatisfactory factors and resolve proposal are stated here in order to search for the best way for the perfect visual quality after corneal refractive surgery.
