Abstract: Pigment dispersion syndrome and pigmentary glaucoma are diseases that may manifest differently among different racial groups. Their prevalences differ dramatically between Caucasian and pigmented races. The present review focuses mainly on pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, clinical pathology, differential diagnosis, management and prognosis of pigment dispersion syndrome and pigmentary glaucoma.
