内质网应激与线粒体自噬调控白内障发生的作用机制

摘要: 晶状体上皮细胞稳态失衡是白内障发生的关键环节。内质网应激与线粒体自噬作为维持晶状体稳态的核心质量控制机制,在衰老、氧化应激等病理条件下发生功能失调,二者形成恶性循环,共同诱发晶状体上皮细胞凋亡及晶状体混浊。靶向调控上述过程关键节点,可为白内障的防治提供新的药物治疗策略。

Abstract: The disruption of lens epithelial cell homeostasis is a critical event in cataract pathogenesis. Endoplasmic reticulum stress and mitophagy, as essential quality control mechanisms for maintaining lens homeostasis, become dysregulated under pathological conditions such as aging and oxidative stress. Their dysfunction creates a vicious cycle, jointly triggering lens epithelial cell apoptosis and lens opacification. Targeted regulation of key nodes in these processes may provide novel pharmaceutical strategies for the prevention and treatment of cataract.
