屈光参差患者的屈光转归

摘要: 屈光参差的发展转变是一个复杂的过程,受许多因素的影响。远视性屈光参差较为稳定,而近视性屈光参差变化较为复杂。弱视对于屈光参差的发展影响较大。6岁以前近视性屈光参差趋于减小,之后稳定或缓慢增加。单焦点框架眼镜使屈光参差程度趋于稳定,但双眼近视增加。功能性框架眼镜使屈光参差程度趋于稳定且近视控制效果良好。角膜塑形镜对近视度数较高眼近视控制效果较好,对侧眼近视增加,参差程度减小。阿托品制剂对的效果屈光参差发展转归的影响仍有待研究。(国际眼科纵览,2025, 49:158-160,封三

Abstract: The development and transformation of anisometropia is a complex process that is often affected by many factors. Hyperopia induced anisometropia is relatively stable, while myopic anisometropia has more complex changes. Amblyopia has a significant impact on the development of anisometropia. Before the age of 6, myopic anisometropia tends to decrease, and then stabilizes or slowly increases. Single focus frame glasses stabilize the degree of refractive error, but increase myopia in both eyes. Functional frame glasses stabilize the degree of anisometropia and achieve good myopia control. Orthokeratology has a better effect on controlling myopia in high myopia degree eyes, increasing myopia in the contralateral eye and reducing the degree of unevenness. The impact of atropine preparations on the development and outcome of anisometropia remains to be studied. (Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2025, 49:  158-160,Cover III)
